How do I register as a legal entity?

To open an account for a legal entity, follow these steps:

1. Register a new Members Area (during registration, use the personal information of the person who will manage the account).
2. Send copies of all required documents (listed below) to info@roboforex.com and specify the following information:

- The purpose of opening a Members Area as a legal entity
- Your company's scope of activity
- The payment system you plan to use for the deposit
- The amount you plan to deposit
 - Your company's website.

Required Documents:

- Certificate of Incorporation
- Certificate of Registered Address
- Certificate of Directors and Secretary
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Resolution of the Board of Directors for the opening of the account and granting authority to those who will operate it
- Certificate of Shareholders
- Recent Certificate of Good Standing (issued by the Registrar)
- Copy of Trust Deed/Agreement (if applicable)
- Scanned copy of the auditor's report for the last financial year or equivalent documents confirming the source of funds
- Documents for the following individuals:

• Directors
• Shareholders
• Ultimate beneficiaries
• Signatories

Requirements and Rules:

1. If the Members Area is registered to an individual and the account attached to this Members Area was previously deposited by the individual, this account cannot acquire 'Corporate account' status.
2. If the direct/immediate and principal shareholder is another legal entity, the Company must verify the ownership structure and the identity of the individuals who are the beneficial owners and/or control the other legal entity based on the documents mentioned above.
3. All documents, along with originals, must include a translation into English signed and stamped by a notary.
4. The maximum file size is 10 MB, and the accepted file extensions are bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, pdf, png, and zip. If the total size of the files exceeds 10 MB, please send them in multiple separate emails, ensuring each email does not exceed the file size limit.
