I don’t have access to my previous mobile phone number. How do I change it?

If your phone number has not been verified yet, you can update it by verifying a new number:

1. Go to the 'Security Settings' page.
2. Click 'Verify', enter your current phone number, and then click 'Confirm'.
3. Enter the code sent to your phone via SMS and click 'Confirm'.

If you cannot access your old verified phone number, please provide your new number in international format with your country's code via ticket. Alternatively, write to us at info@roboforex.com
