How do payouts for swaps work?

In the Infinity Program, RoboForex Partners earn 30% of the swap fees on positions opened by their referred clients.

Here is an easy example to show how it works:

• A client opens a long position of 1 lot in EURUSD on Monday and closes it on Friday
• The swap for holding a long position in EURUSD is -0.93 pips
• The pip size for EURUSD is 0.0001
• The position volume is 1 lot, and the contract size for EURUSD is 100,000 EUR
• Since the position was held for 4 nights, a 3-day swap applies (including the swap on Wednesday)
  

Here is the breakdown:

1) The swap per night is -0.93 pips.
2) Multiply by the pip size (0.0001), one lot, contract size (100,000 EUR), and the number of swaps applied (6).
3) Your share as a Partner is 30% of the total swap amount.

Calculation:
0.93 * 0.0001 * 1 * 100,000 * 6 * 30% = 16.74 USD

So, you will earn 11.16 USD as your Partner commission from the swap fees for this client’s position.

Note: when using other currency pairs or instruments in your calculations, the result will be in the currency of the quote or instrument. For example, the result of this formula for GBPAUD will be in AUD.
