Why am I not receiving my partner commission from some clients under my code?

There may be several reasons for this:

• The client has not been trading recently. Ensure the referral has been active and completed trades
• It is not yet time for the commission to be credited. Remember that commissions for closed trades are credited the day after the closure of positions, typically in the morning
• Ensure you are checking the correct account where your commissions are credited – your Partner account.

If none of the situations above apply, the referrals may still be undergoing verification (e.g. ID and address checks). In this case, crediting the partner commission may be delayed. In some cases, verification of payment details is also required before the partner commission can be credited.
