Why can’t I subscribe to a Trader?

If you’re unable to subscribe, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:

1. Make sure you’re using the right account type

To subscribe to MT4 Traders, use any real MT4-based trading account (except CopyFX Trader account types). To subscribe to MT5 or R StocksTrader Traders, use a real hedge account on the corresponding platform.

Copying from MT4 to MT5 (or other copying between different platforms) is not supported.

2. Check your account Equity 

Your Equity must meet or exceed the minimum deposit required for that Trader: 

• The program minimum is 100 USD 
• Some Traders may set a higher minimum, so be sure to check their subscription terms.

3. Wait for approval (MT4 Traders only)

For MT4 Traders, subscription requests may need to be manually approved. If your request hasn’t been rejected, it’s still pending. Watch your inbox for updates from the Trader.
