Why wasn't the trade copied to my account?

If you’re not seeing any copied trades, check the following:


1. Subscription Status

Make sure you’ve fully subscribed to the Trader. For MT4 Traders using By Request mode, your request might still be pending.


2. No New Trades Yet

Copying only starts after your subscription is active. If the Trader hasn’t opened new positions since then, there’s nothing to copy yet.


3. Not Enough Funds

If your copy settings result in large trade volumes, your funds might not be enough. Check the Skipped Transactions page (for MT4) for details.


4. Unavailable Trading Instruments

Some account types (like ProCent) only support specific assets, such as currency pairs and metals. Trades involving unsupported instruments won’t be copied.


5. Pause Mode Enabled

If ‘Pause’ is on, new trades won’t be copied. Previously copied trades will remain active. Learn more here.


6. Volume Rounded Down

If you've enabled 'Round down volume' and the copied trade is too small, it might round down to zero and be skipped.
