What to do if the terminal shows 'No connection'?

The 'No connection' error may occur due to a poor internet connection or server-related issues, such as selecting the wrong server or connectivity problems from your device. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Ensure your Internet connection is stable and reliable.
2. Enter the server’s DNS address in the server field when logging into your account.

For example, if your account server is RoboForex-DemoPro, enter mt4-demopro.roboforex.com. A full list of server addresses is available here.
3. Rescan the servers. Left-click on the 'No connection' message in the bottom-right corner of the terminal and select 'Rescan servers'.
4. If rescanning does not resolve the issue, try logging into your account again via the terminal’s main menu.
