What do I do if MetaTrader 4/5 shows 'Invalid account'?
The 'Invalid account' error typically occurs due to an incorrect account password. To resolve this issue:
1. Ensure you enter your trading account password correctly, without typos.
2. Double-check that you are not confusing your trading account password with your Members Area or Wallet passwords.
3. Reset your password if needed. If the issue persists, consider changing your trading account password via your Members Area.
Additionally, ensure you use the correct trading terminal: MetaTrader 4-based accounts cannot be authorised in MetaTrader 5 (and vice versa).
